Setia Precast Sdn. Bhd. is a specialist Industrialised Building System (IBS) contractor producing precast components for construction industry.
Components such as wall, lift shaft, staircase and balconies are produced in pre-cast at the factory and transported to the site to be assembled. This method requires less labour than conventional methods and shortens the construction period.
Setia Precast Sdn. Bhd. is a Class A contractor registered with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) of Unit Penyelarasan Perlaksanaan, and also a Grade 7 contractor registered with CIDB Malaysia.
Setia Precast Sdn. Bhd.has achieved ISO 45001 (OSHA) & ISO 18001 (QMS) Certification in recognition of its quality management System since 1999.
